The document enshrines a joint intention to develop international, educational and analytical projects, unite expert communities, strengthen humanitarian initiatives and form sustainable partnership links between Ukraine and countries of Europe and the world. The partnership is designed to support the modernisation of Ukrainian diplomacy, strengthen Ukraine’s voice on the international stage and promote Ukrainian history and culture through modern instruments of cultural diplomacy.
The Memorandum was signed by Artem Mykolainchuk, Chairman of the Board of the Pylyp Orlyk Foundation, and Volodymyr Khandohii, President of the Ukrainian Association of Foreign Policy, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine, a long-standing representative of our state in key international institutions.
