Ukrainian Scholars at UN General Assembly High-Level Week Used the History of the Lavra to Show How Russia Appropriates and Destroys the Cultural Heritage of Subjugated Peoples
During the High-Level Week of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly in New York, a separate event was dedicated to the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. It was a thematic exhibition, complemented by a scholarly presentation on cultural heritage and its protection amid Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine.
