Among the key participants of the forum are Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine — the Foundation’s Head of International Policy Research Volodymyr Yelchenko and the Foundation’s Chief Consultant Ihor Kharchenko.

Special attention will be paid to the human dimension of Russian aggression and the documentation of war crimes. Ukrainian defender Arslan Annaiev will share his testimony about more than two years in Russian captivity.
