#UnRussiaUN Initiative Presented at the OSCE Warsaw Conference
The OSCE Warsaw Human Dimension Conference is underway in Poland. It is an international platform for discussing respect for human rights, democratic principles and the international commitments of the organization’s participating States.

The conference was attended by Yuliia Miziukina, Advisor to the Pylyp Orlyk Foundation, who spoke about the work of the #UnRussiaUN initiative group and the problem of the Russian Federation’s presence in the United Nations.
“The UnrussiaUN initiative group and the Pylyp Orlyk Foundation have proven the illegality of the Russian Federation’s presence in the UN. No legal document on the transfer of powers from the USSR to the Russian Federation in the UN exists. The President of the UN General Assembly publicly acknowledged this. The President of Ukraine stated this from the UN rostrum. It is not enough simply to prove the illegitimacy — we need to build alternative platforms of influence and build the architecture of Europe’s future security. We call on everyone to unite and create a security platform together!” — said Yuliia Miziukina during her speech.

Today, the Pylyp Orlyk Foundation, with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, is creating tools for building a new international order in which Ukraine is a subject of global politics. The team that proved its effectiveness in confronting the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and propagandists is now shaping Ukraine’s voice in the world through a network of cultural and analytical centers, support for independent media and strategic research,” said Yuliia Miziukina during her speech.
The Pylyp Orlyk Foundation, with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, is developing tools for international cooperation, in particular through a network of cultural and analytical centers, support for independent media and strategic research.
Raising the issue of Russia’s accountability in international institutions is part of broader work to strengthen an international order based on law and to amplify Ukraine’s voice in the world.
The annual OSCE international conference, “Warsaw Human Dimension Conference 2026”, is being held in Warsaw (Poland) on October 5–15. It brought together all participants from the 57 OSCE participating States to analyze the implementation of OSCE human dimension commitments, exchange views, share best practices and draw attention to issues that require the attention of the international community.
