The exhibition “Energy of Good” is a collection of paintings and photo-art works by the artist, reflecting the combination of Ukrainian and European cultural context. During the exhibition, students, faculty, guests of the academy, and everyone interested can get acquainted with contemporary Ukrainian art in an international context.
Among the works presented at the exhibition are “City in the Rain,” “Dimension of Light,” “Green Path,” “Sunny Farewell,” “Light at the Edge of the World,” “The Earth Blooms,” “Road to the Sea,” “Meeting of Two Shores,” “Colored Wind on Water,” “Secret. An Evening for Two,” as well as a series of original photo-art works.
“My work is not only about art, but also about a person, their soul, memory, pain, hope, and strength. Each painting, photograph, or collage was born from my emotions and my desire to share them with the viewer. I want every exhibition to become a space for sincere meetings and dialogue, and for everyone who stops in front of the works to feel: there is something more here than just paint on canvas,” says Rostyslav Prokopiuk.
In addition to the exhibition opening, on the same day from 15:45 to 17:00, Rostyslav Prokopiuk’s one-man play “The Living Drink Coffee” will take place.
This is an emotional theatrical production that, through personal stories, experiences, and reflections, raises themes of life, loss, human resilience, and hope.
“The creative work and activities of Rostyslav Prokopiuk combine Ukrainian and European cultural contexts. Such projects expand opportunities for dialogue, mutual understanding, and the affirmation of the Ukrainian voice in the world,” emphasizes Yaryna Yasynevych, Program Director of the Pylyp Orlyk Foundation.
The exhibition will run until August 26, 2026.
