The competition aims to support young researchers, promote the development of student science, and honour the memory of Serhii Kemskyi — journalist, researcher and participant in the Revolution of Dignity.

The first stage — submission of applications and research abstracts — ran until March 1, 2026. Following the close of applications, the review stage began: from March 5 to 19, 2026, the jury evaluates submitted abstracts and identifies participants invited to the second stage. The organising committee will announce the selection results on March 20, 2026.

The second stage requires submission of full research papers. Participants who pass the initial selection must submit their studies by July 31, 2026. During August 1–31, 2026, the jury will evaluate the received papers and determine the winners.

The announcement of competition results will take place between September 1 and October 1, 2026.

The All-Ukrainian Student Research Competition Named After Serhii Kemskyi is an important platform for supporting young researchers, developing humanities research and reflecting on the events of the Revolution of Dignity in the contemporary academic environment.
